- A verified badge and an author page that collects everything you publish.
- Your articles featured in the local briefing and the weekly round-up.
Right now: 10 points per published article of at least 300 characters or words, up to 100 points a month, spendable 7 days after publishing.
How it works
- Apply with the details we can verify: licence number, organisation, role.
- SEEKael checks them once. When you are approved you receive a private sign-in link.
- Publish directly from your workspace — there is no editorial queue. An automatic check only stops a post that needs changing.
- Points arrive with each published article and become spendable after a short review window.
House rules
- Describe places, prices and services — never who should or shouldn’t live somewhere (US fair-housing law).
- Write your own words. Don’t copy other sites, groups or chats; link to them instead.
- No phone numbers, emails or chat IDs in articles — readers reach you through your author page.
- Licensed agents: your brokerage is shown on every article, as Arizona requires.
- Readers can report an article; SEEKael takes down what breaks these rules.
