The SEEKael assistant answers questions about moving to, living in and buying a home in Phoenix and the rest of Arizona. Ask in your own words, in any of six languages.
Every answer is grounded in official sources and SEEKael’s own area guides, and lists where it came from. It does not sell anything and it does not invent facts.
Each question opens the stage guide it belongs to, with the official sources that answer it.
- What can I ask the assistant?
- Anything about moving to Phoenix or Arizona, your first 30 days, everyday life, buying or investing in a home, and working or starting a business here. It is built for people arriving from abroad, so it also covers questions a local would not think to ask.
- Where do the answers come from?
- From SEEKael’s Trusted Source Library of official and institutional sources, such as state agencies, counties, cities, universities and tourism boards, plus our own neighborhood and area guides. Each answer lists the sources it used, with links you can open. When the library has nothing relevant, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
- Which languages does it speak?
- English, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, French and German. It answers in the language of the page you are on, and you can switch at any time.
- Is it free?
- Yes. To keep it available to everyone there is a daily limit per visitor; when you reach it, the guides and the local briefing stay open.
- Does it remember me?
- It keeps an anonymous session so the conversation can build on itself. Facts about you are saved to your profile only after you confirm them, and you can edit or skip any of them in My SEEKael.
- Is this legal, tax or financial advice?
- No. The assistant gives general information with sources. For decisions about immigration, taxes, contracts or financing, check the linked official sources and talk to a licensed professional.
